Camp kitchen is small and right next to the water. The view makes up for it!

Bouldery landing. Fire grate area is right on the lake shore but, the mature white pines & cedars afford a good mix of shade and openess. While the immediate shoreline provides a mostly level area; the backside of the site and trail to the latrine have a pretty good climb. But, since most of the trees in the area are mature; there isn't a lot of brush, so exploration of the surrounding forest is fairly easy & enjoyable.
