Sky clouded up to storm about the time we reached the lake, so we headed to this nearby campsite and decided to stay the night. The tent pad had a few weeds, so it doesn't appear to be heavily used. The fire grate has seating on only one side and an obscured view of the lake, but the logs have been squared off so they are comfortable and a good place to put things. The first ten feet of the latrine trail is a steep climb up a hillside, but once the trail crests the little hill, it's pretty smooth and level. The landing is decent but the trail from the lake to the fire grate area is rocky and rooty. It's small and not a "destination" campsite, but it was a good stop along the way for us.

Small campsite back in the woods. No view of the lake from the kitchen. Landing was OK - had to climb out on a couple of rocks and tie the canoe to a tree. Cedars by the landing with spruce back by the kitchen and tent pads.
