This campsite is not easy to find. I paddled past it multiple times before noticing a cut tree along the shoreline that marked its location. There is essentially no landing. I was able to place my canoe next to some rocks, but in windy conditions - which are common on Little Saganaga - the canoe would likely bounce against them. There is a place to pull the canoe up, but it is not ideal. The campsite itself is covered in moss and lichen and appears very lightly used. There is minimal seating around the fire grate and very little view from the kitchen area. The only place I found to put a tent was on moss and lichen. It is uneven and not level, but a tent would fit. There are much better campsites on this lake.
