The landing at this campsite is narrow and somewhat awkward. From the landing, there is a short but noticeable climb up to the site. The campsite itself is small and has a very narrow view of the lake. Shade is limited and provided mostly by small jack pines around the kitchen area. The kitchen feels tight and enclosed. I found one good tent pad, which is located down the latrine trail. There is a second possible tent spot near the main area, but it would need to be very small or it risks sloping into a pit. The latrine trail is all uphill and fairly long. Overall, it's usable.
