This campsite is not as good as Campsite 834, but it is still usable. The landing is very easy, with smooth, flat rocks along much of the shoreline. I was able to pull the canoe in and park it without difficulty. The view from the fire grate is partially obscured by jack pines. You can still see the lake, but the view is limited. The site is very rocky, especially between the shoreline and the kitchen. I found one usable tent pad and another possible spot, but neither will allow tent stakes due to shallow soil or exposed rock.

campsite was ok for one night. big enough for one tent not for a large group
