This campsite is similar in quality to Campsite 836, with a few key differences. The landing is rocky but manageable, and I was able to get out without getting wet.
The kitchen sits right next to the water and has a nice, though not elevated, view of the lake.
What sets this site apart is the large tent pad area in a white pine grove. I counted at least four good tent pads and saw room for a fifth. Additional tent pads are located along short trails away from the kitchen. The combination of white pines and ample tent space makes this a good campsite.

Large sloping campsite with spaced-out flat areas left and right of fire grate for tent pads- a snorers paradise. Enough room for 12x12 Nemo Bugout, 4 two-man tents and a couple of hammocks. Clear water and good fishing, awesome view of the lake and hills by day, southern view of the sky by night next to campfire. Easy 2.5 hours to EP38.

This was a good site, we stayed here for 1 night in August. Tent pads were fine, and the latrine and fire great were as well. excellent, weed-free swimming on the shore. Make sure to fish, we caught smallmouth after smallmouth here. No eaters though. :(

This picturesque site sits on a peninsula and has a variety of options. There is a lot of open flat rock to walk along the entire peninsula and the sunsets are great from here.
