This campsite has two narrow, rocky landings. They're workable, but it can be awkward if you're trying to stay dry. We ended up tying the canoes to trees rather than pulling them up on shore.
The campsite itself is rocky and uneven. One tent pad is clearly the best option - it's level and a decent size. Another pad near the kitchen is bowl-shaped, and I'd be concerned about water pooling there after rain. A third possible pad is very small and has a pokey rock right where you'd want to put a tent.
The kitchen area does have a nice view and faces north, which provides some shade during the day. The shoreline drops off quickly, and while we didn't fish here, it looks like it could be good.

We went to 957 across the bay first but didn't think much of it. Paddled the short distance to this site and found a nice tent pad and a dandy fire pit area. Lots of rocks and roots around, but I've seen worse. I'd give this site a 2 due to the rough ground, but from a one-tent campsite (possibly a two-tent site), I could make it a 3-minus. Camped here one night. Caught some walleyes, northerns and a bass in the area south and east of the big island NE of the campsite.
