This campsite sits high up on a rock or cliff. It is a steep climb from the landing to the campsite. There are two landing options: one is steep, and the other involves a longer trail but is less steep overall.
Once on top, the view is excellent. Trees around the edge of the rock partially obstruct the view, but you can walk out to the edge and see up and down the lake. The campsite appears lightly used, with minimal signs of recent camping. Actually, I don't know if anyone has ever used it. There were zero signs of use.
There is one tent pad, and soil depth is shallow. Seating around the fire grate is minimal, with only a low rock available. The site faces east, so it receives morning sun but little evening sun. A cliff runs along the north side of the campsite.
I debated between one and two stars for this site. I ultimately decided on one star, mostly because it has not been used. It is usable, though.
