From Highway 648, 1.6 kilometre east of the village of Harcourt, Ontario, follow the Elephant Lake Road (paved) north for 12.3 kilometres. Turn left onto the Kingscote Lake Road and follow it for 7 kilometres. Turn right to the Access Point. Permits and other information are available at Pine Grove Point, directly across from the Kingscote Lake Road.
