This portage was pretty relaxed compared to others in the chain. The Sprite landing is hard to find from Sprite lake. It's a very narrow landing from the low level of traffic that comes through here. On the Phantom end there is a trail that heads North, allowing one to portage all the way to Battle. I did just that today. Portage is pretty overgrown in spots, but not horrific.

This is a short, easy portage, but the landing on Phantom Lake is north of where it's marked on most maps, in the corner of the lake. It's actually possible, and easier, to use the old road bed all the way from Battle to Sprite.
