*2024 Update*: It was in good shape when I went through. So I took the time and cleaned it up better where needed. Knocked back some re-growth and added some cairns. Easy to follow now. Orange flagging / tree blazes mark the north end and a rock cairn marks the south entrance. 2020: It is steep on the north side as marked on the Park map but manageable. Lots of blueberries thanks to the 2016 fire, but also a lot of standing/falling down deadfall. I cleaned and flagged it in August 2020 so should be easy to follow.

Less manky than some of the other longer portages through the burn with more rock and less swamp. Still has the potential for lots of blowdown between travellers. Measured at 358 meters.
