One of the most used portages in WCPP, so easy to find at both ends and to follow the trail. On my way out of the Park, late in the fall 2025, I had time to clean up the portage better by knocking back some of the moose maple and tag alder that was growing over the trail. Much better now. It was very dry in late 2025 so that added 50-100m to the walk at the east/downstream end and a rock garden in the stream on the upstream side.

Listed on one map I saw as the "rocks and roots" portage... with good reason. That being said, it's not difficult. Just watch your footing, especially when wet.
