This portage was re-burned in 2021 and made it mostly a wide open field. I took time in the fall of 2024 and re-built this portage. I located both entrances and marked them with orange flagging and rock cairns. Easy to find now. The trail is now marked with both rock cairns and orange flagging. Should be easy to follow since there are no standing dead trees to fall over on the path. But over the years it might get overgrown with the underbrush if not used more.
