This portage was burned again by the 2021 forest fire. The re-growth is coming back thick on the west side entrance, so I marked it with orange flagging to help find the path. The rest of the portage going east is over the spine of a granite ridge that is mostly parallel to the creek. I cleaned up the dead fall off the path and even knocked over some standing dead that were going to be a future problem. The east entrance is marked with a rock cairn.
