This portage was in good shape in 2022 and only required a few trees to be cut out of the way. The west end climbs up to a ridge and then goes down to a leafy forest on the east side that was not burned in 2016. Starting to get over grown but you can still find the portage and not get lost.

West end is about 150 m south of location shown on canoe map. Steep at west end, slightly overgrown at east end. Moderately difficult. (measured at 420 metres)
