*2024 Update*: I was base camping in the area, so I had time to clean up this portage. Only one big tree down on the Aegean side. I cut this away and knocked back some of the thick tag alder growing along the trail. I also marked up that entrance with tree blazes, so easy to find (and the other side). 2022: The fire of 2021 partially burned this portage with many standing dead trees that will be coming down in the next few years. Easy to find portage on both sides of the trail. I cleaned it up with a handsaw in 2022 and now passable in one trip.
