This portage is easy to find on the Glenn Lake side...just look for the aluminum fishing boats. The Optic Lake outpost has a boat cache here. In past years it has been a mess with garbage and fishing gear spread out, but it was clean in 2025. The rest of the portage is an easy walk and well maintained.
