This is a tough portage that climbs steeply and descends back to the Boulder River. It is rocky and there are a couple of downed trees. It seems that more people prefer to take the river than this trail. Both landing are rocky but unloading is easy enough. It will get your heart beating!

After getting thrown around pretty good in heavy wind on LLC, it was nice to tuck back in and take a portage. This stretch of river is very beautiful. The trail was easy enough.

The portage on this date was rough with fallen trees that had to be climbed over and under. Up and down portage.
