This portage definitely had a little more traffic than the others in the chain as it wasn't quite as brushy and overgrown. It was quite windy on the Long Island side when we arrived so we were off quickly.

This was, by far, the easiest of the 4 portages between Long Island & Banadad. It was also the buggiest portage I can recall. There are a few very minor elevation changes & the rest of the trail is level but damp (consider we were here in may). Both landings were small but nice, the Long Island side was sandy.

Very flat with wet and muddy spots.
