Portage is difficult to find coming from the south. You must go about as far to the west (to the left as viewed from the south) as possible. Maps put the portage close to the stream. It is not where it is indicated on the different maps and GPS information we had. Wasted a lot of time finding the portage while being eaten by bugs. Ranger had warned us that this might happen. Short and easy once you find the entry. Landing is good.

Portage is marked incorrectly on this and other maps. It's actually just east (right) of the creek. We wasted half an hour looking for this portage in the bush.

S end landing a bit tricky; portage buggy but otherwise not too bad.
