Portage landings on both ends are bad. I took the creek in as suggested by a veteran of this trip, then took the portage out. Both were terrible but the portage was worse due to landings.

12 rods measured by step counting. This portage is way more a PITB than the distance would indicate. The Agnes Lake side is very rock choked, requiring one to either haul packs out to canoe where there is free passage or get in and out of canoe multiple times. The Silence Lake side is a little bit rocks but not too bad.
