I was able to paddle up the rapids, but barely, in September. It would be no problem going down (west). The portage had a few trees down, but the landings on either side were not bad.

Going west just run the small rapids. I was unable to paddle up them coming back east. Several trees down.

No need to take this portage, as the rapids is very easy to skip. Done this twice
