Grassy & mushy downstream landing on the east side of the river. Slight rise to a mostly pine duffed flat trail to a narrow upstream landing that is muddy. As one might guess by the previous statement, there was a beautiful white pine 'sentinel' just off the trail closer to the downstream end. Had good fortune fishing in the washout below the rapids.
