The trumpet is a loud-ass brass instrument played by blowing into a valve with the sound being manipulated by pressing three buttons. It has no place in the BWCA. You’ll be fine leaving it at home for a week. If I ever encounter one in a wilderness area it is going to be shoved up an orifice of whom is playing it. You hear that, 01richwood?
