The landing is very nice. When I visited, a log was positioned in a way that allowed me to park the canoe securely between the rock and the log, creating a protected berth.
The campsite itself does not look like much from the water, but it opens up into a large, well-protected site. The kitchen is closed in, but you can walk out onto the peninsula to see the lake.
I found four very large, flat tent pads. This site would work very well for a large group, especially if you want a sheltered, protected feel.

Nice site, fairly level and a good landing. Decent fishing from shore. Nice views. Good trees for tarps, hammocks, and hanging food packs. Semi tree covered with good wind protection from the south. A north wind will hit you head on.

It's a nice site on a peninsula. It's flat with a few tent spots and a nice fire area.
