A pretty average site, but it does have good tent sites and a good fire pit area. One of the tent sites is big enough for two tents. The main negative is the lack of rocks to lounge on. It lacks a good tree for food packs, but we rigged a line between two trees and used carabiners to hang two lines to get our three food packs up. We were pretty pleased with the result after we had the lines in place. We caught a lot of fish across the lake.

Other descriptions are accurate. Not a very scenic view of the lake, and a bit buggy. First available site we found heading westbound fighting a heavy wind, so I won't complain. Had no luck fishing but water levels are low and fishing is poor overall.

Nice elevated campsite. The winds generally out of the southwest helped keep the mosquitos at bay. Two good tent pads. Maybe you coud squeeze in a third? Decent area down by the shore where you can leave a couple of canoes without having to haul them up top.

Site has a good landing, a few rocks but not too bad but the site is also located slightly uphill. There are 2-3 good tent pads and a decent campfire ring. Not many good trees for a bear bag here unless you get really crafty, its doable, just not easy. Overall a good campsite and I would come back again. Great view to the south. Good fishing up and down the shore and across.
