We stopped here for lunch and checked it out. We could not find a good tent site that didn't have sone slope to it. Very open area with a fantastic view to the south. No trees are close to the kitchen so hanging a tarp would be difficult. A great camp to fish from shore.

decent site, good pine, firepit was welcoming. Spared from the Fires.

Decent enough site on a slope down to the water. There is a good landing, and a pretty decent camp kitchen. This site didn't burn, so it is pretty sheltered yet.

best tentsite is sloping; there is a pretty site , slightly better (?)site 100 ft. to the east, across from the island. rocky landing
