I stopped here on my way north and got out. This side of the lake survived the 2021 forest fire. There were a few trees down on the fire pit, so I took the time and cleaned it up. Small but now a very nice campsite and the best at this end of the lake. The tent site is well sheltered back in the trees. Someone made a beautiful rock table and minnow trap in the lake. Hopefully the local fishing lodge does not mess it up and use it for shore lunches.
