This site was great! A bit of traffic, but it's high off the water and gave me a good place to set up my chair, relax and watch the sunsets. One person who passed me remarked on my "throne" from up on the rock. I stayed here three nights and used a hammock up in the trees, but there was at least two good tent pads close to the water and a bigger pad back in the woods. I would definitely stay here again.

Easy sand/gravel landing. Nice view from kitchen. None of the tent pads are great. The entire open kitchen area is slanted, and it would be hard to find a tent spot there. The other two tent pads are down trails in the woods and are not great, either - rocky and rooty. The location means you would probably see a lot of traffic. Overall, though, it is a nice site.

Group of 8 base camped here for a week. We fit 4 tents in the area, but tent pads were just OK. Good canoe landing and swimming in front of camp. The campsite is pretty heavily wooded, not many good hammock trees near the water. The latrine was brand new this year, which was nice. Good view and west facing. There are more open and flatter campsites in the area, but I wouldn't hesitate to stay to here again.

This is a nice site. Good landing spot. Northwest facing fire area. Good smallmouth fishing close by. Good hanging trees. Not heavy traffic when I was there, but it is a narrow area so any traffic would be close in to the site.

Nice access to lake, good swimming, good kitchen. Only two tent sites, neither great. The better one is just beside the kitchen, the other is further away but has a couple of big rocks. Bear trees OK. One of the better latrines in this area (up high, not too full) but held together with duct tape.
