We stopped for lunch here. The kitchen is okay, but has limited shade. I expect the kitchen will get full sun in the morning. There is plenty of open space, but not many places to put a tent down, and only one good pad, but you might be able to fit multiple tents there. Amusingly, the most notable feature of the site is the band-new latrine with one of the deepest pits I've seen, and bright red maple leaves strewn on the path like rose petals leading to a honeymoon suite. There is a good tree for hanging food packs, too. The views up and down the channel are nice. We've also stayed at the site to the southeast, and this is definitely the better site, in almost every way.

Didn't stay here and stopped for lunch one day. This site struck me as considerably better than its nearest neighbor to the southeast. Easy landing, decent kitchen and open space. Not a huge site, but could work for a smaller party.

We were pushing due to wind forecasts and debated making this home for the night. Decided to press on a little further, but I was tempted by the nice narrows. I'd stay here in the future if I was in the area.
