This is a decent site with a lot of flat rock. The site is equipped with a fire pit, picnic table, latrine & a bear box. The ideal kitchen area is closer to shore but the tent sites & fire pit is a small climb up - not super high but can be challenging for some. One of our tents was placed further into the woods using a little trail going left right before the toilet. This trail also leads to a better swimming area. The latrine hasn't been emptied/moved in a while so it's pretty full. Note that cell service was not great so if you're relying on that, this site isn't for you. We heard loons and moose calls almost every night. We would return again.
