Great view of the lake from the site. The site is located uphill from the landing. There is not much shade around the fire ring at all during the day due to how open that area is. Much of the open area to pitch a tent is sloping. Plenty of large logs around the fire pit for seating.

Landing is OK. There are a lot of trees down. Someone took one of the large downed trees and made some seating around the fire pit, which most other campsites do not have. Nice view from the fire pit. Difficult to find a good tent spot. Everything is slanted or lumpy. The one "good" pad is still lumpy and near the latrine.
