Decent site although somewhat limited in area. There is a trail leading from the main campsite area back towards the little cove behind it -- follow this for another nicely tucked away tent pad or hammock hang. You can go even further back for other potential hammock and tent spots, but it's a bit more rough. Mosquitoes were occasionally bad, but there was a huge population of dragonflies that kept them at bay.

Great huge slab of Canadian shield at the front of the site for fishing and watching the milky way. Views up and down the lake are awesome. Good fire pit and one good tent pad right behind it. We had two hammock campers nicely strung up in the woods. Fifteen minutes from Silver Falls, so a good campsite for fishing that spot and for on the way out. Landings on the north and south side of the site are fine.
