At first there do not appear to be a lot of tent pads. However, this site had many tent pads that were hidden back in the woods. This site could accommodate a large group. The landing was not great but the rocks made for a nice hangout on the lake with a beautiful view. Nearby rockwall along the channel toward Ella was very beautiful and we caught a bunch of tiny bass.

This was our back up site when everything else was full on Alton. We were all happy with the tent pads. The kitchen was centrally located and had fantastic views of the lake. The latrine was up a little hill and private. The swimming was good. It got deep enough in a couple of places where the boys could jump out a couple of feet and not touch the bottom. The landing wasn't great but adequate.

Ok site. Nice view from fire grate. Rocky landing. Ok swimming area.

Nice spot with a nice view. Canoe landing is pretty good.
