On the training trip with TrailGuidT$ and I echo everything she said. This is a narrow site sitting on an old road grade along the cones. It's tick heaven. No good even tent pads and a pretty sad camp kitchen. I'd pass this one by if given the chance.

One of the worst campsites I have ever stayed at! Supper grassy with no good landing or canoe storage. The entire campsite is a mushy strip of grass along the shore. Very poor tent pads which are rocky and uneven. No view. Poor seating. Would avoid at all costs.

Sight used coming back from Davis lake. Tent sight on top of hill is nice. Large flats below probably could hold more tents. On swampy side of middle cone so it probably could get buggy and had leaches on legs from there or the portage close by.
