BWCA Campsite 947 on Brule

This campsite has a couple of small, narrow landings. The first landing you'll likely see is on the east side of the point, but if you paddle around to the south side, you'll find a much better landing right at the tip. The site is very sheltered and doesn't have much of a lake view. Because of how protected it is, I do wonder if bugs could be an issue, though I didn't stay here long enough to know for sure. There are two good tent pads and room for a third if needed. It's not a standout campsite, but I wouldn't hesitate to stay here if I needed a place for the night.

Woods sight up steep hill, hard to see, looking close by shore you might see the path up the hill. Nice sight in the woods, high and dry, nice fire pit, shady.
