A wonderful little stroll through the woods. A Little up and down, but enjoyable, pretty and easy.

The border monuments are always cool to see. We crossed over to see Rove and Watap (lakes I visited as a kid.) This portage was a little overgrown for some reason when we visited, but not too bad. We made it through without too much difficulty (though the mosquitoes are now out in force.) Easy enough portage in either direction.

fun portage with the large border obelisks on either end. trail itself is typical with no noted difficulties.

A fun portage along the border, with the border markers at both ends. Nothing too challenging.

Very interesting portage. Large US/CA border markers along a clear cut. The portage weaves in and out of the clear cut. The trail was obstructed by more than a few downed trees which required some 'squat-walking' with the canoe. 2/5

There are some elevation changes & some troublesome rocks. But, for the most part, this is a pretty straight forward portage. Of note: this is one of only 3 portages that have the large international boundary markers.
