This is a beautiful campsite with a very scenic setting. Out front, the rocks are almost the perfect height for sitting, and from a distance they look like large steps leading up to the campsite.
The best landing is on the east side of the peninsula, not directly out front. Around that side there are a couple of shallow-water options for taking out.
The kitchen has a good view down the lake and is protected on the east and west by cedar trees. My favorite part of the site is the white pine forest behind camp. There are white pines of many sizes back there, and it is a really nice area.
The downside is that much of the site is on a slope, so good tent pad options are limited. I found two good tent pads, both fairly close together, and I think a third tent could squeeze in somewhere that is not too slanted. If you are hammock camping, this site has many excellent options in the white pine forest.

Beautiful site, good hammock and decent tarp options, but not much flat ground for group tarp sitting. Ant infestation near fire grate (where someone left an epic pile of split logs with fire starters to boot!) and very little log seating. Quite a few ticks and pretty buggy. Overall a nice site.

Beautiful densely-forested site. Good tent pads are somewhat limited, but the ones present are nice. For a site with a dense canopy, this one is great.

Great views of the lake and sunsets. Rocky landing. Great sitting area on a rock point out by water. Protected kitchen area.

Great elevated site with western exposure. Beautiful sunsets! Landing is a little tricky, but overall an excellent site on one of my favorite lakes in this area. Good northern and small mouth fishing and easy access to Ensign for Walleye fishing.
