The landing for this site is very easy. It is a gravel beach with small rocks, so pulling up the canoe and unloading should be straightforward.
The campsite sits a few feet above the water. The oddest feature of the site is the placement of the fire grate. I expected it to be closer to the water near the landing and point, and someone has even built a fire ring in that more obvious location. The actual fire grate is farther back in the woods, behind brush and trees, so it is more sheltered but not as scenic. There is a big white pine behind the fire grate, small white pines screening the front of it, and brush on the sides.
The tent pads are closer to the landing and lake. I found two good tent pads and three maximum tent pads. I am not sure how staking will work because the pads appear to be flat rock with a thin layer of soil on top. The tent pad area has spruce around it and a window out to the lake, and it should get a nice breeze moving through.

I likes it. Sheltered are for tarp and stove cooking, nice fire ring views, good sun for drying, and very good landing, especially for swimming. Also nice as its away from traffic.
