This campsite is similar to Campsite 1074 but is set up on a point with a more elevated view. The kitchen sits roughly ten feet above the water and has an excellent east-facing view.
There is very little shade in the kitchen area, but the tent pads are shaded. I found three distinct tenting areas accessed by short trails, which helps spread tents out. There is also space near the kitchen for an additional tent.
The landing is on the north side of the point. It is shallow and works well if wet-footing. Cedar trees line parts of the shoreline, with spruce and jack pine farther back. This site appears well used, with multiple established trails.

Great campsite, firewood was scarce and we had to go to the island to the south east for wood. Nice outcropping for viewing stars, enjoying the wind and the sun. There is a small tent site on the north side of the campsite that views the northwest arm of Polly

Nice wind swept point. Watch out for the snapping turtles. They steal fish.

Nice site for a larger group (we had 3 tents, 6 guys). Long sloping rock driveway provides a nice east-facing view, excellent stargazing opportunities, and reasonable lake access for the canoes. There are also a few paths to the back side of the peninsula to give a decent west-view. Not a lot of shade around the fire ring, but plenty of trees toward the back of the site to escape the sun. Didn't catch any fish off the shore.
