Steep on the Niki side but not really much issue. Short enough that it doesn't wear you down too much.

Was tricky finding footing going downhill to Niki. Take your time.

Steep climb out of Niki. this was tougher than i expected but we were overlooking it as we were more concerned about the 1 mile portage coming up.

Short, but steep portage with a significant climb when heading South. This portage feels more like it belongs in the Eastern BWCA where short and steep portages are more common.
